    battery tenders

I need to get a battery tender. I would like to know what some of you guys. Is there anything to look for to make sure I don't get something to overcharge a battery?

    Thanks

The Battery Tender is the best. The least expensive place I have seen is Battery Stuff. You can find them at the link below.

Dave - the price is lower...I did see it at Eastwood on a sale for $49 but the shipping made up for it. On the Deltran (Batterytender) website, the shipping is free, I didn't check to see if Battery Stuff gives you free shipping, if not, I expect Deltran's link is the cheapest overall....Craig

At WAL-MART in the auto dept they sell battery chargers and one of the products is the soiid state type that you can leave on the battery just like the battery tender.

The BatteryMinder is the same except one additional feature that will revive some older batteries. See my previous post. $39.95

Unless I'm mistaken the price difference is $13($60 to $47). Battery Stuff charges around $7 to ship. Seems that Battery Stuff is at least $6 less.

Dave - you are right....I was accidentally looking at the international model price...my mistake!....one thing I noticed last year on the Deltran site when I was poking around, is you could by additional pigtails so you can move the unit from car to car...I didn't see them this time....Craig
