Kudos to the Carolinas Chapter!

My hat goes off to Jimmy Gregg, Reba Whittington, Bob Young, and all the members of the Carolinas chapter who put on the Smokey Mountain regional over the weekend. 'twas a very well organized event and went out of their way to make you feel that "southern hospitality". They even fed the judges AND the owners lunch.

My most memorable experience? (other than achieving my first Top Flight, of course) that would have to be meeting and chatting with Lael Huntstater (sp?) now, she's a character!

Thanks, Bill, when people leave happy, that makes all the work worthwhile. We always make new friends, some of whom we have met through this DB. Yes, you are correct, Lael is quite a lady and character. Y'awl come back down South.
