Does anyone have chambered exhaust on their c3? and do they like it. I was thinking of putting it on mine to get a nice powerful sound. I have a 454 with a turbo 400 and orginal gears. I think they were somewhere around low 300s. I also have stock replacement mufflers now and think they are too quit. Thanks in advance. Eric

Re: 72 Chambered exhaust.
Eric,
I just finished installing mine from MidAmerica as well (71 coupe). It sounds great, but a note - its louder than I expected.

Re: 72 Chambered exhaust.
I got to say I bought my 65 327 with a new set of Mid-America chambered exhausts installed by the previous owner and they were way to loud for me. I did some testing with a decibal meter and at hiway cruise they were about 85 Db in the drivers seat. I could hit over 90 Db with my foot in it. Was my winter project to remove them and put on a set of Allens exhaust. It still rumbles, but now I can hear the radio.- Top
