1957 powerslide shifter

I recently purchased a '57 with a 350 turbo transmission for my wife. My question is, will an original '57 powerglide shifter work with the turbo. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Jeff you might want to check with the folks at Lokar, they make a business of making shifters for odd configurations. They may have already have made a C1 TH shifter. John
