Is the filter inside the windshield washer bottle of a 66 plastic with a metal filter screen or all plastic or something else. I need to purchase one for the car.

How'd I miss this one? Anyway, the windshield washer pick-up tube inside the resevoir bottle was equipped with a plastic/metal screen. It was cone-shaped black plastic with a brass screen on the bottom. You can still purchase one from GM dealers under GM #3986821 for $2.00/ GM list price.In Appreciation of John Hinckley -
