    Re: trans removal/install

I used a plug from an auto parts store to prevent the oil from spilling all over the place. I remembered THAT part from years ago!
So, if I am understanding correctly, when I put it all back together, I should install the flywheel, clutch and pressure plate, then loosely fit the bellhousing, slide the trans as far back as it will go, unbolt the bellhousing and tilt it downward to allow the input shaft to enter the housing, start the trans into the throwout bearing/clutch, and gently slide it into position.
    Any other suggestions?
