What color are the seat attaching rails? These are the rails that hold the seat to the floor. The carpets are black and the seats are white. If they are to be black, would they be gloss, semi-gloss, semi-flat, or flat?
Are the carpets cut/slit to hide the front seat mounting bolts? Thanks in advance.
Don

Donald.....The tracks which bolt to the floor are plated not painted. The 1967 tech manual describes it as dark grey oxide. The seat bottom frame is painted and should be gloss black.
If you decide to paint the tracks I would suggest something like Eastwood's cast iron grey. Good luck

Hi Don,
I believe in the judging manual it describes the rails as being Black oxide finish and yes you need to leave the carpet flaps over the mounting screws
