This problem is quite a common one, especially on cars that have been exposed to winter environments where road salt is used.
First off, if you don't have the special driver tool, you should get one. Most of the Corvette vendors sell them for a nominal cost. This tool threads onto the end of the shaft and bottoms on the shaft end so as to protect the shaft end and the threads.
While you're waiting for the tool, I'd apply several applications of GM Heat Riser Valve lubricant, which is just about the best penetrating oil on the market. Apply to the shaft in the vicinity of the bearing support lower ears which the shaft goes through.
When you get the tool, screw it on the shaft fully and apply "persuassion" with a 5 lb sledge hammer. Hopefully, this will dislodge the shafts.
If the above does not work, then you may have to apply heat to the bearing support ears with an acetylene torch, then simultaneously pounding the shaft out. I always try to avoid using heat on any part, though, unless it's ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY and THE ONLY WAY.
