Idle Stop Solenoid

I have a '72 base engine car. I have an idle stop solenoid but, I am not sure if it is the right part number. I could not find it referenced in the assembly manual. It probably came as part of the engine assembly. The part number printed on it is DR-1114444. It came with the car and the Quadrajet is correct for the car (7042203). Thanks

GM #1114444 is the correct idle control solenoid for your car. It's discontinued, too, so take care of the one you have.
