    c1 parking brake

I am in the process of installing a complete parking brake system on my
60, since it did not come with one. While I understand 90% of the Aim &
service guides instructions for this, I am unclear when it comes to installing
the rear cable through the flange plate to the brake actuator lever.
The guides talk about secondary brake shoe, secondary pin and secondary pull spring. Any tips, how to's, not to's or advice in general is appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

The secondary shoe is the rear shoe also the one with the most
brake pad on it. Secondary pin, the hold down pin for the rear shoe
and secondary spring is the return spring for the rear shoe.
Make sure your E-Brake cables are adjusted down enough so as both
front and rear brake shoes are resting on the top center anchor
    pin before adjusting brakes.

Thanks for the tip. I don't mean to turn this into brakes 101
but when you say anchor pin are you taking about the pins
      that hold the shoes apart?

The anchor pin is the post in the top center of the backing plate
that the top of the brake shoes rests against when they are not
        applied.
There are no pins that hold the shoes apart those pins you may be
referring to hold the shoes down against the backing plate
