Yes, there are vendors for everything you might want to do.
Some sell frame components, for example:

Yes there is a lot frame parts available, May want to spot blast some of the bad looking areas to determine the real damage before cutting and replacing. Good rust free frames are available in California at Cranes Corvette (see www.cranescorvette.com)in San Diego. Don't forget to record the vin numbers on the orginial frame for your records. (These Numbers may be double stamped on the drivers side)
