On a 1967, what is the point deduction difference between bias and radial tires, assuming they both are from an original supplier and both have 5/8" whitewall? Does the spare need to be the exact same tire as on the car?
That description of tire (assuming it's correct replacement size, either bias or radial equivalent) would be subject to a 60% originality point deduction for each tire, and you would still be eligible for full condition credit. The spare does not have to match the four road tires, although it's subject to the same standard deduction based on its construction, supplier, size, whitewall, etc. 67's have 30 originality points assigned to the (5) tires, so the originality deduction would be 60% of that per the standard deduction table, or 18 points. 30 condition points are also allocated to the (5) tires.
