GM #1050679 rear wheel bearing grease was discontinued over 20 years ago and was not officially superceded by another part number.

GM #12377985 would be a good substitute for it, though. Personally, I recommend Valvoline Synpower Synthetic grease (#985) for all wheel bearing grease applications. This is a full synthetic, high temperature resistent, molybdenum-based grease which exceeds GM product specifications for GM #1051344, GMs best wheel bearing grease.
