Steve, looks good. I am in the process of putting my 64 coupe back together and my frame was about as clean as yours. Have done the front suspension and will get the rear done this week. Your lift crew and system was alot easier than mine as I had a total of 11 lifters to put the body on a wood cart. One of these days I would like to submit pictures like you did. Keep up the good work and will look forward to completion.

            Steve

Great pictures. Thanks for sharing. Do you have any other shots of the lifting apparatus? I started on my 63 , and didn't originally plan to take the body off, but now that is is essentially a shell sitting on stands, I am considering it seriously. Your method looks like good one.

              different numbers?

              Steve,

Great pictures and progress! Stay at it.
I noticed that you have #269 on the tank sticker and #413 on the body...Which one is the "build number" for the ass'y line workers and what does the other number refer to? They don't match on my 67 either and would like an informed answer.
Keep taking the pictures as you go , all the way to completion.

              Good Luck
              Don

                Donald,
I really don't know the answer...I believe I read somewhere that one number was the "body assembly line number" and the other was a number that was refered to during final assy. There is also ANOTHER number grease penciled on the firewall beneath the heater....I don't have a clue.......
