Source for parts is Dr. Rebuild in Connecticut, page 111 of current catalog.
The hinge pin is part # 1077817 $2.15 and the bushings come in a set of 8 and part # is 1077815 $5.00 for the set.
You can probably also get stock GM pins and bushings at any auto parts store.
I did it on my 68 coupe with the doors on the car . I did not have to press the bushings in, they fit nicely without any pressure to get them into place. The only trick I used at the suggestion of someone who had done such a job was to file one edge of the new door pin that you are putting in so the dead is shaped like the letter "D". This allows you to get the new hinge pin in place without damaging the edge of your fiberglass fender. This also enables you to do the job with the door and hinges on the car.
Worked fine for me and I did not do any damage.
Oddly enough, a few months after I did this job, I decided to remove both doors from the car after all so I could rebuild all the interior window motors and channels and locks and have the door jambs painted.

Hinge bushings are readily available at Chevy parts. We just bought these for my friend's 73. As suggested, grinding/filing the head of the new pin to a D shape helps in the installation.
We did this after a paint job so the doors were off the car.
