    Knock off question

I have a set of knock offs with the locking pins for my 65. I was getting ready to install the center caps with the pins installed and was trying to figure out how I was going to remove the caps, to remove the pins, next time I needed to remove the wheel??? Is there some trick for removing the caps with out damaging them??

    Thanks,
    Dave

    Re: Knock off question

Use a tiny flat-bladed screwdriver, or a suction-cup removal device - Long Island Corvette Supply has them.

I use a 1/16" blade screwdriver to remove the center cap. Insert it between the outer edge of the cap and the spinner in the center of one of the color bars. That is where the embossed retaining lip is located.
