    C1- WCFB 3191S float height

I am rebuilding a 1x4 WCFB for my '62 250hp. Can someone tell me what height the primary and secondary floats should be set for? I checked the archives and found a reference for the front carb on a 2x4 set-up but I don't know if its the same. Thanks for your help.

Joe is correct on the original specs for float height; however, Gary Hodges pointed out in his seminar at Monterey that you can avoid hot-soak "dribble/seepage" problems caused by the expansion and lower boiling point of the new re-formulated and oxygenated gasolines by setting WCFB floats at 1/4" (primary) and 5/16" (secondary) to provide more space in the bowls for expansion.
