    C1 steering 3rd member

Does anyone have the correct p/n for the 3rd member on a 57? I am still trying to solve my steering problem. I have replaced the pitman arm and checked the drag link length with another member. I wonder if the 3rd member is the wrong part.

I believe that the arm should have the forging number 3731801.

That's right! All C1 third arms were the same BUT the third arm bearing carrier was redesigned during the C1 years to provide greater strength. I'm not sure when that redesign came into production but either version uses the same third arm.
