The passenger side rear wheel cylinder is pitted and I think needs to be replaced. The manual states 1" on passenger side and 1 1/8 of drivers side? When checking for a replacement, some of the books do not list size? What is correct?

Re: 64 coupe wheel cylinder
My'63 AMA specs state 1.1875" front wheel cylinder (1 3/16") and 1" rear wheel cylinder. They are the same as the B-body - full sized pax car.
You can get the AMA specs for your '64 by calling GM customer service at 800-222-1020 and asking for the restoration package. They'll want your VIN and there is no charge.
Bendix, Raybestos, and Wagoner show the same sizes in their catalogs.

Re: 64 coupe wheel cylinder
Bob-
If you want to take the safe and easy route, Raybestos makes the wheel cylinders and they are available at NAPA or any good parts store. I put them on my '64 coupe and they are exact replacement. The part # is WC34152 for the fronta and WC13387 on the rears. The difference in size you mention is fronat and rears, not driver's side vs passenger. Good luck.- Top
