Is there a vendor ( or multi vendors for that matter) who can supply video of vintage development, testing, advertising and racing from 1962 thru the Grand Sports as well as GM marketing footage for that period? I searched the NCRS Video Library but did not see this type of offering.

about the only things I've seen are a set of videos on the GM Store website (can't remember the site address) that include a video of the new '63's with a coupe and convertible being driven by Dick Thompson and Dave McDonald and then discussing the car with Zora. There are also some videos of the '56 to '58 Sebring races that have a lot of Corvette footage. These can be found on the SoCal Speed Shop site (http://www.so-calspeedshop.com). If you find anything else drop me a note.

The segment on the two 63's George mentioned (which also includes 5-10 minutes showing the build of the prototypes from the frame up) is shown on the Speed channel about once a week - keep your VCR loaded and record the whole half-hour when it pops up.Comment
