    C1 3rd member for steering

I have been tracking down a problem with my steering centering. It now looks like a incorrect 3rd member. John McGraw and others have been very helpful and has advised the correct p/n. Now my question is what is in there. The part has a number of 5147 where the P/n is supposed to be and also a GM cast lettering and also a 21. Does anyone have an idea what this 3rd member is supposed to be. There are no other numbers with the 5147 so it is not a complete p/n but might be a partial. I cleaned the surface off well and there just is not any other number. I have not checked the reverse side but I have felt it and it is smooth.
