Need help determining Vanity Plate (son's homework

As a gear head I am embarrassed to state we are struggling to figure out a Vanity license plate worksheet for my son's sixth grade extra credit for the family. What does this mean - SIQTDE? Thanks to all the other gear heads out there who are much smarter than us. I know this doesn't belong on the board but every once in a while we need to expand our knowledge base.

That one is good. Some people are just way too clever with their vanity plates. Based on my experience, most people would not pick that up while driving down the road. I bas this on my experience with my own vanity plate. I took what I would think a fairly direct approach However, I have had more than one person ask me what year my car was so you do have to wonder? Nice car and great plate. Thought about the direct approach, buit since the car sat for 24 years when I found it, I decided on RSRRCTD!

When I bought my 70 LT-1 a few years back the New York owner had a plate ELTEONE. At first I thought it was a MAFIA plate then the light went on.

Gotta chime in on this one - being an intuitive type ( ), my '67 has "67 327", my '57 was "57VETT", my '69 Z/28 is "302", and my Grand Sport was "ZORAS63"; no Thesaurus required

Here is one that only Corvette people will understand, it is simply "579D" as in RPO-579D. Some straight axle guys get it right away, others never notice.

OK John, I'm sure you would understand the meaning of my plate : "365SHP". There are some out there who would interpret this to mean "sneeze every day", as in 365 "ashhhp"

Well, my Silver Anniversary, L-82, 4-spd carried the plate QIK AG. Of course, you must have high school chemistry to decipher Quicksilver. Maybe a mercury would have been better.

We live in Nevada (NV) The plate on our '63 is 'NV USS'. Only 1 in 50 get it. The nevada license plate throws them off.
