How is the carpet cut on the 63 front seat bracket? Thanks!

My 1963 carpeting is cut to allow the top of the bracket to receive the front insert from the seats.

Have a carpet set on the way and I am also wondering how it is cut. It also depends on your vin. my car is 11064 but it has the deep tool wells under the seats. so the aft section is cut with some binding on the inner edge. Been told some later cars without the tool wells still used the carpets made for these wells. (left over supply) I understsand your question about the bracket. Been told there is some kind of "Flap" and that the slide bracket is not just fastened on top of the carpet. It may be the flap covers the hold down bolt. I wish someone would take pictures for us and and post an address so we can see the correct configuration. Any help would be appreciated.
