I can speak to this first hand. They have done a lot of work for me and it was all done EXCELLENT. Ron and Ed are the owners and are great to deal with. I have used their services for the last six years. One thing I really like about them is that they have a large supply of parts in stock. Their labor rate is not cheap however I dont mind paying their labor rate because the work is done correctly the first time and the car has never ever come back to me with a scratch or spot of grease on it. You can tell Ron, Ed or Barb that John Lolli highly recommended them. They know me well !!
For the record, I have no affiliation with Corvette Paramedics other than using their services.
Peter, I've known both Ed and Ron for approx. 11 years now and they hav helped me numerous times over the years with the restoration of my '63 coupe. I've found them to be very knowledgable and fair as well as very accomodating. They have always solved my problems the first time and their work is performed with obvious care and respect to the very (anal)perfection that many of us Corvetters expect.
Their labor rate is a bit on the high side, but I am happy to pay it because I know I'm getting more than I would expect from a regular shop as well as from people who fully know what they are doing.
I also recently used a referral of theirs for body work when the door of my 63 became damaged by the garage door track. The referred shop met my expectations and as far as i'm concerned, Corvette Paramedics is a rare, treaured find in today's times of a rampant lack of pride in workmanship, especially within the auto repair business.
Good Luck, and tell Ron and Ed that "Jeff Debs Says Hello!"
