I took the ignition shielding off of my '63 about 34-35 years ago and Darn it!! I just can't seem to remember where all of those little brackets went. I have an assembly manual, but I can't really make out which piece is which from the pictures. Is there a better source of information for sorting this all out, or would I be better off just sitting down and figuring it out on my own? Thanks for any help that might be coming my way.

Re: Ignition Shield Brackets
I installed the ignition shielding on my 63. It took alot of effort to figure it out with the instructions that came with the shielding. The assembly manual should show a picture of the parts and there location on the engine. If you need assistance I can write you a description of the assembly. It would be a long letter. The toughest part of the assembly is to install the lower brackets and spark plug wires. You need to jack up the engine to feed the plug wires through the engine mounts. Good luck.- Top
