I have several wiper motors with washer pumps, NOS, that I don't know what they are for. The part number on the sticker is 20521248 and the date code, I think, is 221 84.
All help is appreciated.

I can find absolutely no reference to or record of GM #20521248. So, either the part number that you've provided is incorrect or it's just the part number of a component of the wiper motor assembly.
One other possibility that I should have mentioned: it's possible that this part number is a Delco-only part number applicable to a non-GM application. Certain parts are available through the Delco parts system, which is GM's aftermarket parts system, for non-GM applications. These parts usually carry GM "long numbers" which will not be found in the GM parts system. Often, I am unable to come up with any information on these sorts of parts through my informational resources.
Actually, I doubt that windshield wiper motors are the type of parts that would be available through Delco for non-GM applications, but it's possible.
