I have a 1965 coupe with knock offs, they have been on the car for 28 years that I know of. I need help in determining if they are original. On the inside of the wheel in the casting of each one is a number D49985 and the logo is a triangle with the letters HBA, does anyone know who made these and approx how much they may be worth (They are in excellent condition) Thanks in advance!

Here is a tip known only to olde-tyme Corvette nuts. Check the three paint stripes on the center hubs of the KOs. On original KOs, they will be different on the two sides of the car. On the left side, the stripes, clockwise, will be red-white-blue so that the order of the colors will be red-white-blue when rotating forward. On the right side of the car, the clockwise colors will be blue-white-red, so that when moving forward, the colors are red-white-blue.
This color scheme is only true for cars that were originally equipped with KOs. Even the KOs from the Chev. parts only have the red-white-blue orientation, as do all repops.
