Can anyone tell me the original/correct color scheme for a early 1959 t10 transmission and shifter . I believe the main case is black, the tail housing and inspection cover are silver/aluminum, the linkages are silver, and the shifter bottomworks (linkage pegs) silver. Thanks for the help.

Darrell Shepherd, of 4 Speeds by Darrell, has a couple of nice photos of a 1959 T-10 transmission on his web site. Don't know how early it is. I hope that helps some.
