Putting motor back together. Am going to install A/C, is there any change in the pullys? What kind would I need, 2 or 3 slots? The water pump has been sitting for over a year, is there a possibility of it leaking when installed, or should I replace? It is the orginial #, would a rebuild work?

You didn't mention which engine that you have; that makes a big difference with respect to pullies. At least some of the pullies will be different for A/C and non-A/C applications. Plus, other options like power steering also figure into the "pulley equation".
Your water pump will likely be ok. However, if you're rebuilding the engine, I wouldn't re-install a used pump as-is. These 55-70 pumps have a rather limited life----about 50,000 miles and they'll usually need rebuild or replacement. If your casting is in good shape and of the original casting number (depending on engine, 2 different castings were used for 1964), then I'd recommend having Arthur Gould rebuild it.In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top

The block casting number, GM #3892657 (which, incidentally, is a 1967 block casting and incorrect for a 1964), doesn't help much. What's much more significant is what HP rating that the engine is. However, from your 3782608 water pump casting (if it's correct for the engine), I know that you're talking about a 250 or 300 hp. Both are the same as far as pulley configuration.
Pullies are as follows:
crankshaft-----GM #3850838----7-21/64", 2 groove; discontinued
water pump-----GM #3995643----(this is the current SERVICE replacement for your application)
alternator-----GM # [unsure of the number at the moment; will provide later]In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top
