      Clem - thx for the pointer. I called today, they are the 6223 1053 steel units, and are brand new. I asked if they had a few or were running low. He said they had several thousand! Apparently they got a deal on a stash of them somewhere, and they are all brand new. Cool!....Craig

          i was going to post to see if any one checked. thanks for the heads up. i have bought parts from them for several years and they were always as advertised.

              Clem - I have a used 7115 cross drilled 5140 steel crank at my machine shop now that I am planning to use for my 66 L72 engine build up. Seeing these, I thought about buying a 6223 but I like the cross drilled unit with the chrome steel, vs plain steel. But the price is very enticing, and they are new....Craig
