    C:3 ignition key removal

    Would appreciate some procedural help on removal of the ignition key on a 69.

      Gary -

      Manuals must be in reverse or automatics must be in Park in order to turn the ignition switch to the "Lock" position to remove the key. There is an adjustable "backdrive linkage" between the transmission and the steering column that operates this feature.
