    Replacing Rear Tail Lamps

I want to replace the pitted tail lamps and back-up lamps on my "65" but can't figure out how to get to the old one's out. I understand that there are two nuts that hold secure each of them to the body but can't figure out how to get to them. It would appear that the only good way to do this is to drop the tank or find someone with really thin arms! Can anyone point out an easier way?

you need to drop the exhaust panel. then you can get to the back of the lights. you can also drop the spare tire carrier if you like.
