If your wheel locks are "McGard" brand you (should have) registered with them when you bought them. They will be able to send you a new key for a nominal fee. If the above doesn't apply you might try a 12-point socket (just a little smaller than the outer lip of the locks) and a hammer.
FYI, I've always used McGard wheel locks and always register with them - as well as order an extra key just in case.
I did't get the key with my car for the McGard locks. A local tire shop pounded on an impact socket just enough to catch and hit the socket with the impact . They came off suprizingly easy. Hope it helps.
