      I had the same problem recently and I was able to get the local tire store to use a special socket to remove them. Beware it is not cheap and can damage some wheels. The socket must be hammered on with some force. This socket can also be purchased from many parts stores.

          Some tire shops have a socket that has rubber fingers sort of inside. These grip the wheel lug and turn it off. You may have to shop around to find one, but they are there. It doesn't harm the nut either. I had a tire go flat, took car to dealer with lock, he said I don't need it and had wheel off before I could get lock out of the car. Good Luck
