1966 Lower A-arm bumper bolt finish

Hello All,

Would anyone happen to know the correct finish of the bolt w/integral washer as well as the nut that hold the jounce bumper to the top of the lower A-arm of a 1966 Corvette? My pieces all "appear" to be black (whether phospate or oxide I can't tell), but given their age I want to see what others may say.

I recently refinished my bolts "black phosphate" (Eastwoods black oxide kit) per the Joe Tripoli restoration guide and observation of my bolts.....
