    C1 instrument cluster color

    I am restoring my brothers 58 which is Turq. with Ivory coves and has the Al Knoch charcoal color interior. Can someone tell me what color the instrument cluster is supposed to be painted. Is it black or some version of "charcoal".

      It's called "Charcoal Poly" on the can I had mixed by the local PPG jobber. It is also used on the kick panels, radio/heater console fiberglass, underside of decklid and entire gas tank cover area, underside of trunklid and entire trunk area.

      I can get you the mix formula if you need it. It's lacquer of course.
