    3246 was a pass car 427/425 hp carb in '66, part number 3885067, jets 073pri and 076 secondary are correct. If the secondaries are opening, it should be very impressive. It is very similar to the 3247 used in the '66 corvette.

      to check to see if the secondary is opening all the way,just put a small dab of grease on the base plate where the secondary linkage hits as a wide open stop. take it for a full throttle ride and check the grease spot to see if the linkage stop hit the grease.
