Can anyone elaborate on how to remove the exterior stainless windsheild trim on a 63 convertable? I've checked the shop and assembly manuals but there doesn't seem to be enough detail for a first timer.(BTW the paint is in good condition)I'd like to get the pieces to a good resto. shop before Hershey. Thanks

There is a special tool to remove the lower trim. It is available at most auto parts stores. There are clips that must be lifted to release the trim. All of the other pieces are rather straight forward. They are attached with screws. There is one clip at the end of the lower outer verticle.
