    Current 1966 Corvette convertible values?

I know this is a very broad question, so bear with me. I used to keep up on the 1966 convertible values, as I own 3 of them. But I really haven't been paying much attention to prices, for the last couple years, as I was not planning on selling any of them anyway. Any idea on the current value? The first 1966 is a triple Black original L72 convertible, not in running condition, but mostly complete, original 4 speed and 4:11 posi rear. Rebuilt number matching (good restamp) correct replacement motor, block, heads, carb, etc. Not installed, but new complete Al Knoch leather interior, original complete GM sidemount exhaust sytem and many other mostly NOS or repro new parts for the car. Most all parts were purchased in the 1994-1998 time frame. The second 1966 is Silver/Silver, 327/350, 4 speed car, basically a non original, non-matching number driver. 1973 350 NOM with fairly mild aftermarket hydraulic cam, 1965 close ratio 4 speed and 1978 3:70 posi rear. I have most of the parts (most are used, but very useable) to complete the car. I was recently asked about selling these 2 cars. I told him I was not thinking of selling them, but would think about it. But, told him a general bottom line was $45K minimum for the L72 car and $25K minumum for the NOM SB driver car. I was shocked when he offered to buy both and leave a cash deposit, to close a deal. I told that was just the lowest price I would even consider on them, not firm selling prices. I told him I will need to check how much I have invested in each one, before setting any firm selling price. I can't believe I am that far off, on current 1966 values, but it looks like I may be. Any opinions? TIA

Click the link for completed eBay auctions for 1966 corvettes from today back to March 30, 2014. Most did not sell but you can see BIN prices or where bidding stopped.

Don, Thanks for the reply. I have been a buyer and seller on eBay since February, 2000, that was the first place I checked. As you stated there were not many sales. I was not looking for eBay or Auto Trader asking prices, but some realistic prices on 1966 convertible's that were actually sold. A lot of people on the TDB, keep pretty good track of current going prices of midyears. Thanks. Dave
