63 dash material

I have 63 with black interior. Is the material which is used to cover the dash available? thanks

The center dash is a vinyl over lay and the dash pads are padded vinyl.

Read the AIM and the JM. There were several different surfaces used in 1963.
depending on your Vin#, you need o install the correct one.

Jim you are correct I forgot the early cars had no center vinyl, just a painted center dash area.

Several of the usual corvette vendors sell the center vinyl for the 63. I just purchased it from Corvette America for my car and I think it was about $180.00. You will have to take the entire dash apart to install it which is labor intensive. The first 2 or 3000 63's did not have the vinyl center cover they had bare fiberglass painted.
