1969 Corvette seat belt vinyl band

Anyone know of any vendor that sells the front seat belt vinyl bands (or belt loops) that hold the excess material to the belt so it doesn't flop around? (See attached picture) They slide up and down as necessary to keep the loose end close against the belt.

I tried all the common vendors and didn't see anything, but then again I may have missed it.

If vendors like Snake-Oyl Products and Seatbelt Sity can't supply it, I expect there is no source. If they are out there, either of these would know about it.

By the way, the belt pictured is a replacement belt. Note that the metal cover on the far left of the buckle is unpainted. Original belts had this cover painted the color of the belt.

The belt in the picture is one I lifted off the internet, so I don't know its history. I just used it for the example of the band (or loop, depending on who you talk to).
