I have had this problem for about 7 years on my 84 Corvette. After about 30 to 40 starts the car wont start. Cranks strong but no spark or fuel. Let the car sit for 10 minutes or so and it starts right up and will be fine for 40 or more starts. I have changed coils, many rotors, caps, yet nothing seems to work. The Only code I get is 44 lean exhaust but that has been and issue with this car since I owned it because the last owner removed all the polliution equiment. Generally the car runs teriffic with no hesitation or issues. Since this issue is sporadic is the solution hopeless?

Have you considered contacting Gordon Killebrew, a retired the Corvette factory employee who worked building Corvettes and later worked at the Corvette Action Center at the Corvette plant receiving calls from C4 owners with problems with their C4's. He has a web page offering his services. One day I would like to attend his school on C4's. -
