Is theer any way to date a 63-7 hardtop? Was there always a date on the window? thanks in advance for usual good intel.

date stamped in the plexigalss , usually left lower corner. mike

Also, In 63 there were three different designs. so you need to be aware of the cars VIN and then what is the correct design for that VIN.

Here's the stamping on mine. Report the letter appearing in the upper right ('E' in this case) and in the lower left ('E' again here). On this one, located just above the weatherstrip.
