Jim -- need more info. Are you referring to those shown on '65 AIM UPC 6 sheet B6 ? The only flat (plain) washers shown are item 7, part # 3700338. The bolt goes through the bracket that attaches to the frame X-member, into the motor/trans mount assy, which, in turn bolts to the bottom of the trans tail housing. The exhaust pipe hanger bracket is in there somewhere as well.

If so, the two used ones that I have that came (loose) with a rear mount are 0.15" thick, 1.00" OD, and 0.46" ID. The bolt is 0.425" by 1.40" OL with an "M" head marking with 3 radial lines (if that helps to identify).

The ones that bolt into the rear rubber tranny tail mount, two bolts, lock and large flat.

These are the GM #3700338 that Wayne mentioned. The spec I have on them is an ID= 0.46", OD= 1.38", and thickness= 0.18"
