70 Firewall Grommet for Oil Line, Tach Cable and BU Lights

Just bought a new rubber firewall grommet for the Tach Cable, Oil Line and the BU Light Wires on my 70.
Is there another way, (other than cutting a slit in the grommet), to feed the Tach Cable, Oil Line and BU Wires through the holes in the grommet?

Hi Mike,
I have the original grommet in use on my 71.
It has 4 holes, (one of which has a "membrane" in it that seals the hole), and all 4 holes are slit to the perimeter of the grommet.
