1961 Front License Plate AIM Documentation

Two other C1 guys stopped over yesterday and some attention went to my front plate. I tried to find the documentation for the correct bolts for the back plate and the lower bar. At least in my paper AIM pages A169/A170 don't show these parts nor the fasteners. Where is the documentation for this? Is this lower bar installed correctly?

I don't know about the bolts but do you have a full front-on shot of your license plate holder ?
Something doesn't look right but can't say 100% from that pic...

Can you fit more than a fingertip between the top of the license plate bumperette and the horizontal center bar ?

This is a shot from below and then one just about straight on. I took my MN collector plate off per advice since the car didn't come with one.61-f-l-p-2.jpg61-f-l-p-3.jpg
These are more pictures. I can put only the first joint of a finger through - it's about 7/16" clearance.

That's fine John. For a minute I thought you might have had the earlier C1 brackets for the license frame. They drop it several inches from stock on '61/'62 cars. Common mistake but yours look correct.
