1965 Convertible Engine Number Decoding

Hello!

I am just about putting the finishing touches on purchasing a 1965 Convertible. It is a numbers matching car, but I need a little help interpreting some of the code on the engine.

1.First set of numbers reads 5103421, the '103421' matches the last six numbers of the VIN, what does the 5 mean?

2. Second set of numbers/letters read FII25HT, the HT is decoded as 327/350... Holley 1x4BC, Hyd. Lifters &4-Speed, what does the FII25 mean?

The 5 = 1965
F = Flint V8 Engine plant
11 = November
25 = 25th of the month
