Wiper motor restoration

The wiper motor on my 71 is on the blink. Weak and won't come out of park unless you give a wack with a rubber hammer. On top of that it has flaky blue paint on it ( Cardone reman) Who do you guys recommend?

I would recommend Steve Hackel in Illinois. He is considered one of the best, and the one most referred to by others.

Second the recommendation of Steve Hackel . He did the washer pump on my '69. Very happy with the results.
