    A truly precise engine build

The animation of the build was enjoyable. I was particularly shocked by the size of the rod caps...

    Anyway, just for fun...

    Hi Ken,
    Thanks for the link!
Until you see his fingers you really can't tell what scale you're looking at.
Many of the parts seem to be the size of the parts in 'skeleton' watches that are popular now.
    Regards,

Any idea what the two fans on the front of the "block" are. Given their location I can't imagine they are moving enough air to cool anything, coudl they just be for aesthetic effects? Fuel supply also puzzles me - ditto on exhaust.

There are a number of miniature engine builders making some amazing stuff. Check this one out, a miniature "Chevy V8". https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S0KtL2hotCY Sounds awesome, I think this guy is running a 30-30 cam, need Duke to weigh in on this one.

                Ed,

There is no 'fuel' or 'exhaust' or spark plugs because this is powered by compressed air according to the information associated with the post. It appears to be a very intricate and detailed device made to move using compressed air so technically it isn't an engine or motor. Neat project and very impressive workmanship.

                  Arland,
Thanks for the clarification - didn't read the accompanying article thoroughly. RE compressed air - there is a flex tube partially visible in one view of the "engine", obviously the air line. Thanks again.
