    NCRS Passing members and families

    Folks,

As of late, there have been several posts here on the NCRS TDB, concerning the passing of members or close family members. Reading the posts and replies does show how close a family the NCRS really is, a wonderful thing. During the last several years I have been involved with this group, it's been my pleasure to have met many men and women. Wearing the ID badges while attending our events is great. But I seem to recall people's first names much easier. Would it be wrong of me to ask to post a recent photograph of the member or family member with these types of posts? It would really help put the faces to the names for me?

    Best regards,

I think this is a very good idea and would be more than happy to add a photo to any post of a departed member if the OP does not know how or want to post the photo himself. Just send the photo to me in an email to: dgh50@att.net
I will add it to the post.

Great idea. Also John Waggoner posted an invitation to Norma Chesnut's Celebration of Life. In that post he has a great picture of her smiling just like she did at every National convention info desk.

        Hi Bob,

Yes, that's quite a coincidence! I hadn't seen the edited post until after I had posted my question. Very nice of John!

        Thank you
